Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of July 2008 the Board of Trustees of the George West Independent School District will hold a regular board meeting at 7:30 p.m., in the George West ISD Administration Building, 913 Houston Street, George West, Texas. The subjects to be discussed are listed on the agenda, which is attached to and made a part of this Notice. |

Under the authority of Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Sub-Chapters D and E, the Board, during the course of the meeting covered by this notice, may enter into closed or executive session for the following reasons: |

On July 16, 2008 this Notice was emailed to news media who had previously requested such Notice and an original copy was posted on the bulletin board and on the front window of the School District Administration Building at 12:45 p.m. on said date. |
