George West wrapped up its slate of district games with a solid win over Bloomington at home.  Some early perimeter shooting, and a strong fourth quarter helped the Horns finish out the game.  FINAL SCORE: GW 51 – Bloomington 37

George West is done competing in District 31AA play, but will face Jourdanton on Tuesday.  The rest of the district still has one game left on Tuesday.  The district standings as of today are below:

Jourdanton will be here on Tuesday, freshmen game will be at 5pm, followed by the JV and Varsity.  The Indians have had a good season, winning 20 games.  Please help us out with a large crowd.  Thank you to all the people who helped us out on Parents Night last Friday, it went very smooth!

The JV improved their record to 16-6 and 8-3 in District by defeating Bloomington on Friday.  The JV’s last contest is Tuesday evening vs. Jourdanton.
